Heartfulness practice is about sending love and good vibes with a meditation practice that involves repeated phrases (“May I/you/we be safe, happy, healthy, and live with ease”), a focus on the heart space in the body, and, if you want, visualizations of the person or group you’re practicing with.
We end the week with the most classic of heartfulness practices - extending our hearts to all beings. This practice allows us to experience our fundamental interconnectedness in a personal and direct way. Your loved ones, people you dislike, strangers - and YOU - are all human, and are all worthy of love. Let’s practice sending love to all beings - take a breath and hit play!
